Saturday is Vegan Pizza Day! Having been vegetarian for now half of my life, I find it exciting how far this dietary choice has come in such a short time. I have been vegan for a year and a half. I hope that in the next year and a half more of my friends and peers will at least consider a vegetarian diet. I am not going to preach to you hear about what you already know, or SHOULD know. If you want to remain a carnivore for the rest of your life, that's your choice. I have already made mine. My girlfriend and I have been discussing make a vegan pizza for some time now. I think this will only give us more of a reason to get this done this weekend. Expect pictures and a review this weekend. I hope my stomach can handle this.
