So far it has been the Nets putting on the show in this matchup featuring a handful of players that were almost just traded for each other. Devin Harris is playing like an all star point guard tonight, easily displaying a dazzling array of alley oop passes to the likes of Brook Lopez and Kris Humphries. Travis Outlaw has been on fire tonight too, raining three threes to cover nine of the 18 points he has so far. I wish Devin Harris would stop missing so many layups though. This is terrible news for my fantasy team's field goal percentage. Carmelo Anthony has been able to score at will throughout this game. New Jersey has taken to letting him do his thing, provided no other Nuggets score period. For the most part, this strategy has been paying off for Avery Johnson's team. Nene is the only other Nugget in double figures currently.
*Edit: It is now the end of the third quarter and the Nuggets have cut the deficit to seven. Carmelo Anthony has 33 points. He will need to score 50 or more if Denver is going to win this game. Also, at halftime the Cavs are well on their way to losing 21 games in a row. Look out Vancouver!
Frank Vogel appears to be breathing life into the Pacers. Roy Hibbert and Darren Collison are both playing well. Then again, they are playing the Raptors and there is still plenty of time for them to mess this up.
