I was saddened to hear of this news this week and a bit surprised. Of course, it was not news to me that Robert Traylor had been in poor health and he had heart issues for years because of this. Hopefully, this opens a lot of eyes for people my age to eat healthier. He was only four years older than me. Most people know that Traylor went to Michigan and that he broke a backboard in a game while there. Many NBA fans will also remember Traylor for a couple reasons. First, he was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks, only to be traded to the Milwaukee Bucks for some German prospect named Dirk Nowitzki. That didn't end up well for both teams, as Traylor ended up playing 93 games over two seasons with the Bucks. A lot of fans might also recognize Traylor as having been a role player on the Cavs during Lebron's second season. One thing some people might not realize is how many all stars Traylor teamed up with in 1995 during a few high school competitions...
